This page explains, in plain terms, when you can return an item, how long you have to decide, and who pays for shipping. If anything is unclear, our team is one message away.

Right of withdrawal

As an online shopper, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to change your mind — no explanation required, and no penalty applied.

  • The 14-day period starts on the day you (or someone you designate) receive the parcel.
  • If your order is delivered in several shipments, the period starts from the receipt of the last item.
  • To use this right, simply let us know before the period ends (see Section 5, "How to request a refund").
Note: once you've notified us within the 14-day window, you then have 14 more days to physically send the item back to us.

Eligibility conditions

To qualify for a refund, your item needs to meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of your withdrawal request.
  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed — in the same condition you received it.
  • Returned in its original packaging, with tags and any accessories included.
  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Items returned incomplete, damaged, soiled, or altered may receive a partial refund, or the return may be declined.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene, personalisation, or product-type reasons, the following items cannot be returned under the withdrawal right:

  • Custom-made or personalised products, made to your specifications.
  • Items unsealed after delivery that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons (underwear, cosmetics, personal-care items, etc.).
  • Gift cards and store credit vouchers.
  • Digital content supplied on a non-physical medium once download or streaming has started with your consent.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

This list should be adjusted to match the actual product categories sold on Lupnicing.com.

Return shipping costs

  • Standard return (change of mind): return shipping is paid by the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • Faulty, incorrect, or our error: return shipping is fully covered by Lupnicing.com. We'll provide a prepaid return label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Lupnicing.com cannot be held responsible for return parcels lost in transit.

How to request a refund

  1. Contact our customer service at [support email] or via the form on our site, with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. You'll receive a confirmation along with return instructions (address, prepaid label if applicable).
  3. Send the item(s) back within 14 days of your request.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

Refund timing & method

  • Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days after we receive the returned item (or proof of shipment, if it reaches us before the parcel).
  • Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you explicitly agree to another method.
  • The refund covers the product price plus standard delivery costs. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, only the equivalent of the standard rate is refunded.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with supporting photos. Depending on your preference, we'll offer:

  • A full refund, or
  • An exchange, or
  • A repair, where applicable.

None of these options come with any cost to you.
